Food and Catering

We have our own in house caterers, who provide a happy environment serving healthy freshly cooked meals on a daily basis using fresh fruit and vegetables with a view to promoting healthy eating.

Our menus are on a three week rota and they are updated every six months.

Here is a sample of our lunch menu for one week:

Monday: Macaroni cheese, sweetcorn, carrots and garlic bread followed with blondie tray bake

Tuesday: Fish or vegetable fingers, spicy wedges, cauliflower cheese and peas, followed by Angel Delight

Wednesday: Honey glazed chicken or Quorn, new potatoes, broccoli and cabbage, followed by fruit salad with evaporated milk

Thursday: Meat-free shepherd’s pie, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, parsnips, green beans & gravy, followed by thick & creamy yogurt

Friday: Vegetable pizza, chips and spaghetti hoops, followed by banana sponge and custard

We cater for all allergen and dietary requirements and we keep within the School Food Standards guidelines, providing a healthy balanced diet.  We do not use any beef or pork and our chicken and lamb are halal, and we always have a vegetarian option.
