Many parents work in the city, and to provide seamless childcare, the school opens at 7.30 am, with breakfast being served between 7.45 am and 8.15 am. After school care continues until 5 pm for those who need it, children can have snacks and participate in a wide range of sports and arts-based activities. There is a charge for the use of these facilities.
